SurveyMonkey seeks a CIO with the skills and experience to scale the company through the next stage of our growth as we diversify business lines and expand our sales driven go to market. The CIO will be a key leader on the cross-functional leadership team reporting to the President and serves as the strategic, trusted partner t the C-suite, Board, and senior management on systems, process, and technology. Through assessing our solutions, the changing needs of our business, and the competitive landscape, the CIO will craft our strategic IT roadmap with an eye to scale, efficiency, and quantifiable business impact. As a people leader, the CIO will establish a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement across a portfolio of functions. The CIO will partner with key functional leaders to lead our investments in efficiency, operational excellence, and scale as we continue to transform our business. As SurveyMonkey executes its growth plan across organic initiatives and M&A - the CIO will play a key role in developing new systems and integrating acquisitions.

The CIO will be broadly qualified and experience technology executive with extensive leadership experience in global, cloud-centric sales-driven businesses. The CIO will be comfortable operating at multiple altitudes with a focus on execution and the day-to-day tactics to drive velocity. The successful candidate will be capable at balancing a startup’s pace of delivery with the long term needs of an expanding business.
