We’re looking for a sharp, organized number cruncher to join our small, but mighty finance team. From accounting to tax to treasury to planning and budgeting, our group supports all aspects of the business to make sure SurveyMonkey grows and stays healthy. The Role

This position will play a key role in evolving SurveyMonkey’s Treasury function. The Treasury Manager is an individual contributor role that will support all aspects of Treasury operations, including cash, foreign exchange and investment management activities.

In this position, you will work collaboratively on projects with other functions including Finance, Legal, Tax and IT to scale the Treasury infrastructure in a growing business while still responding quickly and diligently to day-to-day needs.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

̵ Execute daily Treasury operations activities for global cash management and short-term investments

̵ Assist in the evolution and ongoing maintenance of the Company’s worldwide bank account structure including opening and closing of bank accounts and maintaining current list of authorized signers.

-Act as a primary contact and administrator for online banking tools utilized around the world which includes user access, limits and controls.

̵ Coordinate monthly settlement of intercompany balances and execute all wire transfers

̵ Prepare short term cash forecast and interest income forecast

-Evolve the Company’s investment activities which may include engaging outside investment portfolio managers and ensuring that they adhere to the Company’s investment policy, acting as a primary contact for SOX and other Finance inquires as it relates to the investment portfolio.

-Assist with managing and evolving the monthly balance sheet FX hedging program

̵ Design, implement, and operate treasury operations processes, considering best practices and business needs

̵ Serve as primary liaison between A/P, A/R, Payroll, and the bank service providers

̵ Develop and maintain Treasury policies and procedures

̵ Participate in various process automation and Treasury system enhancement initiatives (including treasury system implementation)

 

Required Qualifications:

̵ A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business finance or accounting

̵ 5 to 9 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in International Finance with a multinational company

̵ Must have basic accounting knowledge and exposure to International Tax

̵ Must be a critical thinker with attention to detail

̵ Must be a self-starter, take ownership of initiatives, possess strong prioritization and organization skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously

̵ Must have good verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences

̵ Must be a team player adept at facilitating an open exchange of ideas and know how to build win/win relationships

 

Desired Qualifications:

-CTP credentials are a plus

̵ Experience with Bank of America CashPro and treasury systems a plus

̵ Experience with NetSuite is a plus

-Curious about developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex business/technical issues
