The Role

As a key part of our Research & Data Insights team, you play an important role in providing methodological rigor to all customer insights programs. You have expertise in translating business questions to research objectives. You are comfortable with all aspects of the survey process, particularly questionnaire design, survey data analysis, and building dashboards in Tableau to efficiently disseminate findings. You have demonstrated experience with handling multiple data sources, surveys, data analysis, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. You are customer-centric and attentive to detail, focused on curating and synthesizing customer insights that can help internal stakeholders make the best informed business decisions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify best methodology to answer business and research questions
  • Scope and design research project/action plan
  • Draft questionnaires and discussion/interview guides
  • Manage end-to-end project set-up and execution (in-field)
  • Analyze data, using a variety of tools and resources
  • Run Brand, NPS and other tracking studies worldwide
  • Synthesize data by reporting actionable results to internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboard reporting
  • Some experience querying and writing scripts for MS SQL Server databases

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years market research experience preferred
  • 5+ years designing and writing surveys preferred
  • BA or BS degree required

Knowledge and skills

  • You are inquisitive and passionate about customer insights
  • You have experience with statistical packages and data management tools
  • You have experience working with and analyzing large, complex data sets
  • You have demonstrated experience with quantitative research and synthesizing key insights
  • You are experienced in leading and navigating cross-functional partnerships involving analytics/insights
  • You are a storyteller and not afraid to break the bad news to internal stakeholders
  • You have the ability to balance numerous projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • You are a standout colleague with great attention to detail
  • You are enthusiastic and have extraordinary interpersonal skills
