Ambassador Description

- Total Ambassadors: Up to 8 members

- JP/TW/TH: Up to 2 members per region in LINE Open Chat

- Global(excluding JP/TW/TH): Up to one member per region on X, Telegram, etc (Max. 4 members; subject to Open Chat applicant availability)

- Duration of activity: From the 5/22, 3 Months (ending on 8/14)

Key Roles:

- Open Chat Ambassador: Actively use multiple Unifi products, help onboard new users within the community, and provide local market insights.
- KOL Ambassador: Utilize their social channels and networks to invite new users and attract high-AUM depositors.
- Common Missions: Web2 users or LINE users' VOC collection, Unifi news sharing, and bug reports.

Activities:

1) Voluntary activities to vitalize the Unifi ecosystem and community,

2) Perform quests given by Unifi Team

3) Promote Unifi broadly and act as evangelists for Unifi products

Rewards:

1) Basic reward: $500 worth of USDT

2) Mission reward: $250 worth of USDT (for attracting $1,000+ AUM)

3) Outstanding Ambassador reward: for the Top 2 people, an additional $450 worth of USDT

Selection Criteria

Unifi team reviews various aspects in detail and selects ambassadors through quantitative and qualitative evaluation.

- Web3 Criteria:

・Experience Unifi Ecosystem, DeFi, Stable projects

- Social Criteria:

・Priority given to those with over 1,000 followers

・Priority given to those with 3 or more promotional channels

- Preferred Qualifications:

・Previous experience as an ambassador for other projects

・Local trading community operators or high-volume Web3 network holders


Note

◦ The start date of the Ambassador activities is subject to change depending on internal circumstances.

◦ For JP/TW/ID Ambassadors must have a LINE account from the respective country. Other Region Ambassadors may operate through local communities, self-run trading pools, social channels, or other platforms
◦ Statements and activities by Ambassadors within the community do not necessarily represent the official position of the Unifi operating entity.
◦ Ambassadors representing each country are expected to work diligently in collaboration with the Unifi team to expand the ecosystem.
◦ If the ambassador’s action is deemed inappropriate, the company may deprive the ambassador of that role as per company policy.
◦ Anyone who’s already worked as an ambassador can be selected again.
◦ Ambassador rewards are subject to change (reduction or termination) in accordance with company policies.
◦ In accordance with company policy, candidates who do not meet the criteria for Outstanding Ambassadors may not be selected.

Ambassador Code of Conduct

- Weekly Activity Updates: Ambassadors must update their Activity Record on the designated channel every week.
- Commitment to Ecosystem Growth: As representatives of their respective countries, ambassadors are expected to cooperate closely with the Unifi team and work diligently to expand the ecosystem.
- Changes to Rewards: Ambassador rewards are subject to change (reduction or termination) in accordance with company policies.
- Selection of Outstanding Ambassadors: If no candidates meet the internal evaluation criteria, the company reserves the right not to select any Outstanding Ambassadors.

Tax Reporting

- As per IRS Code Section 1.1471-3(d), each ambassador must complete a W8BEN and submit this to the company.
- The ambassador reward shall be processed as a service charge and taxation report will be filed.
- The ambassador shall abide by the country’s tax laws to file relevant tax reports.

Conditions for Reward Ineligibility

Rewards will not be granted if any of the following conditions apply

1) Open Chat Ambassador — Insufficient Activity:

- Failing to update the weekly activity record at least once AND failing to respond in the community at least 3 times within a 7-day period.
- Note: Focus is on new user recruitment. Activity requirements are secondary to actual user acquisition results.

2) KOL Ambassador — Insufficient Activity:

- Failing to update the weekly activity record AND showing insufficient ambassador channel activity or poor user recruitment performance.

3) General Ineligibility Conditions:

- Personal Financial Gain: Using ambassador status to pursue unauthorized personal financial gain, such as referral rewards or other monetary benefits.
- Failure to Report: Failure to submit the Mandatory Activity Reports within the specified activity period.

The following information is collected to ensure compliance and conduct sanctions screening: nationality, full name, and date of birth.
By submitting this form, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms below.

- Purpose of use: ambassador selection review, reward distribution, program operation
- Retention period: until the end of the program (excluding any retention required by applicable laws)
