아주대학교는 글로벌인턴십 프로그램을 위해 아래와 같이 귀하의 정보를 수집 및 이용하고자 합니다.
  • 개인정보의 수집, 이용 목적 : 인턴십 프로그램 선발자(추천자) 평가
  • 수집하는 개인정보의 항목 : 성명, 전화번호, 이메일, 가족관계, 학력 및 이력
  • 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간 : 인턴 선발 과정의 투명성 및 공정성, 사업성과를 입증하기 위하여 사업 종료 후 5년간 귀하의 개인정보를 보유합니다.개인정보 수집에 대해 동의하지 않으실 수 있습니다. 상기 수집 항목은 사업 수행을 위한 필수 항목으로서 동의하지 않으실 경우, 사업에 참가하실 수 없음을 양지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
  • 지원자의 가족은 상기 가족관계 항목의 정보제공 동의를 거부할 권리가 있습니다. 지원자는 이 사실을 고지하고 가족의 동의를 득하여야 합니다.
  • Purpose of collecting personal information is to select students to participate in the Global Internship program.
  • Personal information that is used for the personal information: Name, Phone number, Email, Family relationship, Education History, and Previous employment history.
  • Period of collecting and duration of keeping personal information: To provide a clear selection process, and to prove the success of the program we will keep your personal information for up to five years beyond completion of the program.
  • You do not have to consent for privacy collection process. However, if you do not consent to the privacy collection process, you can not participate in the program.
  • Applicant rejects the consent to provide family relationship and personal information. Applicant must notify their family members and gain their consent to participate in the program.
